Details: SUMMARY: ALERTCOLI:13672 --- A routine sample collected on 12-3-12 tested TC+. DETAILS: 12-8-12 --- A routine sample collected on 12-3-12 tested TC+. Spoke with Lee this morning, I asked him if a triggered source and three distribution repeat samples have already been collected. He informed me that the follow up samples were collected on Friday. I added that five temp routines are due in January. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
