| Details: | I contacted Wilma to let her know about the follow up coliform sample. The system had already declared a voluntary boil. I had provided a copy of the OHA boil template with the 7/12 e-coli dectect. I let her know that a level 2 coliform investigation will need to occur. I also suggested that they check the reservoir for contamination check the chlorinate injection system. I let her know that clean coliform samples will be needed to lift the boil. | ||
