| Details: | SUMMARY: Ongoing MOR Issues DETAILS: Brad Daniels brought to my attention an ongoing problem with the MORs submitted by this water system. Specifically, the MOR lacks complete information on the systems meeting daily CT compliance. It was noted in an earlier contact report (see report dated 11/19/13) that the systems water treatment does not meet the SWTR. However, the monthly distribution coliform sampling consistently shows a chlorine residual and has never had a confirmed E Coli detection. Although inadequate for SWTR compliance, the existing treatment system includes a 5 um filter, a UV unit, and chlorination prior to "treated" water entering a 3500 gal storage reservoir. ACTION NEEDED: Note that data online will indicate CT not met due to incomplete MOR submittal information. | ||
