Details: SUMMARY: Enforcement Tracking/Follow UP DETAILS: The WS has missed the deadline of 12/31/14 to submit their compliance action plan. I called Natasha to get an update. She mentioned the previous company they were working with could not submit engineered plans as required by OHA. The owner Alex Labunsky has been working with Rob Henry (circuit rider) to determine the best treatment option to remove arsenic and to find another company to contract with. Natasha said they need more time to get plan submitted. She is waiting for a call back from Alex and will contact me with more details soon. ACTION NEEDED: continue to follow up with WS until Tx is installed
