| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding routine coliform results for January DETAILS: The system had a violation for Total Coliforms last month so they took 5 Temp Routine samples on 1-5-15 and all were negative. The chlorine injection had been off for over 2 weeks and the system had no chlorine residual when this set of samples was pulled. ACTION NEEDED: One routine for the month of February. | ||
