Details:	SUMMARY: Meadow Wood RV Park is under administrative order with imposed civil penalty for not taking coliform samples. DC Environmental Health cannot issue a license to operate due to persistant non-compliance in the operation of the public water system that serves the park. DETAILS: I took sample bottles to the park to take the repeats required after a TC positive on 4th quarter sample. Also a nitrate sample bottle for nitrate not taken since 2012. Provided public notice template for failure to take repeats. Explained that it should be circulated to park guests and posted at office. ACTION NEEDED: Take samples (4 one being at the source)
