| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC follow up and resolution DETAILS: System has score of 15 following several TCR violation in fall of 2014. Worked with system and new operator and made several site visits. Violations were mix-ups with sampling locations and not sampling enough or correct triggered samples. System has since taken 2 absent quarterly samples including 5 temp repeats and sent out PN. ACTION NEEDED: Continued on-time coliform sampling and repeat/assessment sampling if necessary. | ||
