| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert TC repeat sample taken 12/12/13 DETAILS: Spoke with Larry about the detection. Three of the 4 samples, including the source and original site, were good. Larry said the site with the detection was from a house that has been vacant for more than a year. The sample was taken inside from the bathroom. Larry is going to collect 5 temporary routine samples in January and issue a PN ASAP. Larry will send me a copy of the PN once it is distributed. I emailed him the PN template. ACTION NEEDED: follow up on PN and January routines. | ||
