| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead 90% vaule DETAILS: Three out of five Lead samples above the Action Level. Phone call to Tom, followed with following letterTom, Looks like the lead copper sample was taken in the middle of summer and three out of five samples are above the action level. This would qualify for invalidation of results because they were taken when school was not in session If you request these samples be invalidated in writing/email you will be allowed to resubmit replacement samples. This needs to be done ASAP so the resamples can be taken before the end of Sept. Will be looking for your email ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on sampling invalidation and resample | ||
