| Details: | SUMMARY: Operator was concerned that he received notice of violation from the State. DETAILS: Operator called to find out why he had a violation post card from the State.Looking at their record it appears that they only pulled 4 Temporary routine samples in November instead of the 5 needed. They also did not take a Nitrate sample in 2014. ACTION NEEDED: I explained this to the operator, they have a system score of 8. Operator to take Nitrate sample early in 2015, and that violation should RTC. | ||
