Details: SUMMARY: October GW compliance report arrived 1 day late. DETAILS: Talked to Robin White. She was unaware that the GWR was due by the 10th of each month. There was a death in the family and they were out of town. Immediately when they returned, they sent in the compliance report. It arrived November 11 one day. ACTION NEEDED: none
