| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert 1st Quarter 2015 DETAILS: Routine sample for 1st quarter 2015 with result of 0.011 mg/l. WS currently has a notice of non-compliance from OHW DWP with correction deadlines. The system owner Alex met with the circuit rider on 1/12/15 and is preparing to submit a treatment plan. I contacted Natasha and reminded her to reissue the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on compliance plan ,PN, and monitoring. | ||
