| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 temp routines positive DETAILS: Theresa called to inform me that all 5 temp routines came back positive for TC. She said she talked to Jones pump co who shocked the well and they think there may be a small gap around so electrical wires that may have recontaminated the well. They are going out to look and reshock the system. I explained that they technically need to take a source sample first. I also reminded her that they will have to take 5 temp routines again in February. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
