| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine TC positive DETAILS: Spoke to Brenda. Fairly new operators of the system and havent dealt with a TC positive yet. She didnt have any idea why the test might be positive. I explained repeat sampling. On the 11/14 survey they had a deficiency for not having raw sample taps. Brenda said they had not yet been installed. I explained they would receive a violation for not taking source samples. She is going to take 3 repeats from distribution. I told her she should get the plumber scheduled to come out and install the raw sample taps. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
