| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI13658 coliform found in 12/2/14 temporary routine samples DETAILS: Talked to Debra Willis by phone re 12/2/14 multiple temporary routine sample results showing coliform.reviewed: chlorine levels at recent sample locations ranged from .28 - .40 and no obvious leaks, but she thought her meter was running rapidly the last time she looked?Suggested that she check the meter flow rate several times in the next few hours. She also planned to walk the lines with maintenance staff to look again for leaks. Because the frequency of coliforms found in recent samples, suggested that she ask HBH if they might consider providing a review (I told her they might not provide this kind of service?)Debra confirmed that public notice would be maintained.Even though repeat samples follow routines showing coliforms present, I suggested waiting to see if the source of problem might be identified - hopefully immediately.
