| Details: | SUMMARY: COLI13754 coliform present in 12/17 routine sample DETAILS: Talked to Jake on phone about sampling requirements following a routine sample showing presence of coliform: 4 repeats and 5 temporary routines in January. Reiterated the importance of making sure any problem is resolved prior to taking 5 samples in January. Jake confirmed he had already carried the 4 repeat samples to a local lab. He also said he had found the UV light not plugged in. He plugged it back in and also was ordering a new UV bulb. If any of 9 noted samples show coliform present, then a public notice is required. Sent Jake a model coliform sample plan via email ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples5 temporary routines in January. | ||
