| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic Alert for Quarterly Sampling DETAILS: USFS and DWP have a signed revised BCA for the connection of USFS Dorena to the City of Cottage Grove water system. Quarterly monitoring will continue . Every 90 days a new Public Notice needs to be updated and posted at the facility. ACTION NEEDED: Michelle will send in an updated Public Notice and I will forward it on to the state. Facility needs to submit one for first quarter of 2015. | ||
