| Details: | SUMMARY: DBP Monitoring Status DETAILS: Matt called to inquire about Stage 2 DBP monitoring - and whether or not to remain on quarterly monitoring. I explained to Matt that although their DBPs levels looked good - they had failed to submit TOC monitoring data since 2012. Besides being a regulatory requirement for Amity to conduct both Raw TOC and Alkalinity - and finished water TOC, in order to qualify for a reduction in DBP sampling under Stage 2 from quarterly to annually, they need a current (last 12 months) history of raw TOC monitoring results showing raw TOC <= 4.0. They will not quality for DBP reduction under Stage 2 until the end of 2015 - provided they begin their quarterly TOC monitoring this quarter - and results are favorable with respect to both TOC and DBPs.
