| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding Public Notice DETAILS: I received a complaint from a resident in Sportsman Park that they did not receive a Boil Water Notice. The resident happened to see the notice on the community bulletin board. I did call the operator and he said that he tried to contact everyone by phone or by walking around the park to pass out Notices. A few of the residences were obviously missed. ACTION NEEDED: Operator will make more of an effort to contact all residences on the system if Public Notices are needed. Operator plans on leaving on the Chlorination for at least February when the 5 temporary routines are taken. I have sent him information on Plan Review Requirements for chlorinators forwarded to me by the State. The new well has been submitted for plan review and now would be a good time for the chlorinator to be added to the plans.Operator stated that .68- .73ppm of chlorine residuals are being recorded in distribution at this time. No leaks have been found. Some flushing was done on the system. | ||
