| Details: | SUMMARY: 4th quarter DBP monitoring violation DETAILS: I reminded Rich in early January to report Sherwoods Nov 2014 DBPs before the 10th. He did some digging and found out the lab failed to collect the sample. I informed him that it was too late to sample since the quarter was over and Sherwood would get a monitoring violation which could be returned-to-compliance as soon as the next quarterly sample is received. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to get back on track with quarterly sampling in February 2015. Note: sampling occurred in January 2015 which will count for the 1st quarter. | ||
