| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: Repeat samples tested positive for total coliform. A completed Tier 2 public notice was emailed to Korky Avakian. Mr. Avakian stated he will post the notice in public view until water tests clean. A copy of the public notice was also emailed to dwp.dmce. The system plans to chlorinate and flush. The guidance document titled "how to disinfect a well" was also emailed. Mr. Avakian stated he will keep me updated. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate and flush system, test to ensure clean water. | ||
