| Details: | SUMMARY: TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: MPA Test DETAILS: Phil called and wanted to know whether it was okay to collect water for the MPA test down the hill from the spring ahead of the pump. He said the test requires at least 10 PSI-- he would need to use a pump if the water was collected directly from the spring box. I told him that it would be okay ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
