| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: 5 routine samples tested positive for total coliform. I spoke with Korky Avakian, owner, via phone. Mr. Avakian will shock chlorinate the well and distribution system. The system will then be flushed over a one week period to eliminate residual chlorine. A "special" sample will be submitted to determine water quality. Sample result will determine further action. ACTION NEEDED: Chlorinate and flush system, test to ensure clean water. | ||
