| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC Investigation DETAILS: I contacted Mike to inform him of the systems score of 15. The 2014 nitrate samples from each of the 3 wells were missed (5 points each). Mike said he would have the 2015 samples taken right away. The WS does not have any other violations, so once the NO3 monitoring is current WS will auto RTC. ACTION NEEDED: NO3 sample from each well. | ||
