Details: SUMMARY: Priority Non Complier Investigation DETAILS: This water system was changed from a TNC to a NTNC due to a year round daycare at the church. The additional monitoring schedules started in 2014 but the WS did not monitor and also missed their 2014 nitrate sample. They currently have a system score of 15. I was able to contact the church Pastor Greg Vesley and he informed me the previous contact is no longer there. Greg was unaware of the additional monitoring requirements and apologized for getting behind on monitoring. I sent him a detailed email with the current monitoring requirements and status along with a copy of the last survey from 2013. If the WS begins monitoring as required they should be able to RTC within 6 months. ACTION NEEDED: none
