| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC Investigation DETAILS: This WS is now a PNC due to unresolved total coliform detections and not reporting enough repeat & routine total coliform samples. They issued a public notice 12/19/14 and a copy was send to OHA DMCE on 12/23/14. Fisher supply contacted me regarding installing a UV system and I informed them of the plan review requirements. They have also been in contact with OHA DWP. I called John on 2/5/15 to follow up and he mentioned they are having the existing VT pump evaluated. John said it doesnt seal and is allowing contaminants into the well. He is hoping to replace it with a submersible pump and then provide a water tight seal at the well head. I let John know the system score is now 14 and they need to get this resolved while continuing to monitor as required. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
