| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed monitoring violation DETAILS: Mr. Montgomery called because he received a violation for not monitoring for coliform bacteria in the 4th calendar quarter of 2014. He had previosuly discussed that the park is closed from November 1 through March 31 with the Deschutes County Health Dept. DWS did not receive a request to change the operating period for this water system prior to today however. I informed Mr. Montgomery that a sample is still required in the 4th quarter because the water system operates throughout October so unfortunately the violation is still legitimate. Samples will not be required for the 1st quarter however. I updated the database to show that the water system is open from April 1 through October 31 every year. ACTION NEEDED: N/A | ||
