| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted system about incomplete SWTR form. DETAILS: The December report had 2 errors. The “PSID when to change Filter” should be 25 rather than the 30. The PSID was never close to 25 so there was no problem. The other thing to change is: “Disinfection giardia log inactivation.” (upper right corner of CT page) should be 0.5 rather than 1. This will lower the CT required by ˝! ACTION NEEDED: Review February report to assure that report is completed correctly. | ||
