DETAILS: I contacted Mrs. Shonda Bradley by telephone to discuss the lack of nitrate sampling for the water system and to discuss the Priority Non-Complier status of the system. She informed me that the water system had been deactivated, and that the store is closed. ACTION NEEDED: Deavtivate system. | ||
