| Details: | SUMMARY: New well DETAILS: I contacted Tim via email to see if he had made any progress on plan review for the new well. Jay M. says the site map indicates the new well is within 100 of the old well. Jay said he sent an email to Tim explaining that if the old well is not formally abandoned, a setback violation exists. Tim said he hadnt received an email from Jay but that he just called him after he got my email. He said he sent him revised plans with distance between wells about 500. He said he will wait for a response from Jay. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
