| Details: | SUMMARY: Call from current operator regarding post card notification-- non-reporting. DETAILS: Bishop companies sold the Motel to Ulysses Cabugos in August of 2014. The sale did not include the well that supplies water to the Motel. I spoke to the operator of record for that system after she received the State Post Card stating that the system was in violation. Carrie asked that her name for the contact be removed. I spoke to the owner of the Motel and Ulysses said he did not own the well, it has been left out of the negotiations for the Motel property. Called back to Bishop Companies and explained that they are the suppliers of the water to the Motel so they are still responsible for the testing of the water. Violation # 3454415 ACTION NEEDED: Catch up on Quarterly bacteriologicals and one Nitrate sample needed for 2015. Carrie House will still be the contact for the water system. | ||
