Details:	Left a message for the DRC letting them know that the annual water system fee is overdue and to find out if there are issues with submitting payment and that the bill will be sent to State Collections Office if the fee is not paid. Update 1500: Spoke with Linda who informed us that Woodburn did submit payment of water system fee and provided invoice number for tracking. OHA admin is looking tracking info to provide resolution.
