Follow-Up (10/7/14 WSS) DETAILS: Letter Said (hard-copy & e-mail):"Following the October 7th, 2014, water system survey at the ‘Windance’ public water system, we established a deadline for resolving outstanding ‘significant rule violations1’ observed during the water system survey. That deadline is currently set for February 20th, 2015. We are contacting you now because we have not received any formal correspondence from you regarding your progress in:-Drafting a ‘coliform sampling plan’---Drafting an ‘operations and maintenance manual’-- and-Drafting an ‘emergency response plan’…"The letter also included information regarding their water quality monitoring schedule (they are currently up to date). ACTION NEEDED: "…Update us [HRC HD] regarding your progress toward meeting these requirements.
