| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey Follow Up DETAILS: Big Spruce MHP has corrected all of the deficiencies from the sanitary survey perform on 8/13/14. The system has an O & M manual onsite and at contractors office, they have gone from taking daily readings to twice a week and are recording them, they have installed a screen on the vent on the well head. ACTION NEEDED: All deficiencies corrected. | ||
