| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: I spoke with Juan about the detection. I found out the sample was collected from a swivel kitchen faucet. Juan is going to take 4 repeat samples including a source sample from the well. He will use an outside tap instead of the swivel faucet at 4744 Nile Ave. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat samples. | ||
