| Details: | Corrective actions from a Level 2 investigation have been taken at the well head from confirmed source e-coli. The system will be placed on monthly assessment monitoring to prove if remediation was successful. Mr. Caruso was informed to take a routine sample and this first assessment sample as soon as possible. If the routine sample returns free of bacteria then the Boil Water Advisory will be removed. We discussed 4-log disinfection and plan review if the system tests positive for e-coli in the next 12 months. |
