Details:	SUMMARY: Lead and Copper and VOC Monitoring DETAILS: The 20 tap samples taken in November 2014 indicate that the 90th percentile for lead and copper are low enough to grant a reduction from a 6-month sampling frequency to a 3-year frequency from 10 sample sites. Under this reduction, the next round of lead and copper sampling from 10 sites needs to be completed between July 1st to September 30th of 2017. Quarterly sampling for diquat, ethylbenzene and total xylenes may also discontinue. Non-detect (ND) results for ethylbenzene and total xylenes taken at EP-A on Feb 5th and April 2nd 2014 and a confirmation sample for diquate taken at EP-B on December 4th 2013 allows for normal annual VOC and triennial SOC sampling to resume. ACTION NEEDED: System to follow reduced sampling requirements for lead and copper, diquat, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes.
