| Details: | SUMMARY: Was curious as to why he got a violation card. DETAILS: System had a positive TC sample in June 2014, does not chlorinate, needed 3 repeats and a TG. Took 4 samples but marked the sample at the well RP - result ID 46160303. Should have marked it triggered. ACTION NEEDED: I sent request to DWP to RTC violation explaining the incorrect sample marking. The sample was marked "well house" the other samples were is distribution. Explained the proper marking of samples to operator. | ||
