| Details: | SUMMARY: Compliance visit DETAILS: We developed a timeline and action of the spring construction and created records to submit to document the minimum chlorination levels. I helped in typing the letter describing the actions which was signed by Kevin and I delivered to the post office. The Cease and Desist was lifted and food service is now allowed at the store. The chlorine feed pump has been fully rebuilt and is fully operational.. The land owner have been contacted and actions will be discussed to meet the spring construction deadline. A letter has been sent to the state on 12/14/14 ACTION NEEDED: The firm is required to meet the stated deadlines of continued chlorination and 10/15 spring construction. | ||
