| Details: | SUMMARY: Onsite visit DETAILS: Visited to obtain further paperwork on the chlorination tests and pictures of the chlorination system. Kevin stated he would drop the paperwork off today and send pictures electronically via email to document the systems installation. Updated chlorination to be sent on January 2nd. A treated water sample was taken and delivered to the lab for testing on Dec. 31st, 2014 ACTION NEEDED: Firm is required to meet the sstated deadlines of continued chlorination and 10/15 spring construction. | ||
