| Details: | SUMMARY: Extension of Corrective Action Plan for final significant deficiency DETAILS: Erica called to confirm their deadline for completing action on the final significant deficiency (Operations and Maintenance Manual). When she submitted the last Tier 2 public notice (distributed on 12/31/14), I had emailed her to provide a new extension date for the operations manual. She apparently didnt receive that email. So today I asked her to send me an extension request in writing (email), which she did, and I approved. The new deadline is April 30, 2015. Meanwhile, I recently saw a draft manual via email. ACTION NEEDED: Await confirmation that the Operations and Maintenance Manual has been completed. | ||
