| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate alert DETAILS: An in field contact was made with Jonathan on 1/16/15 about the nitrate result of 11.2ppm from 1/7/15. Mr. Thompson stated there may be a malfunction with the ion exchange system and they have an appointment to get it repaired Jan. 23. They will take a confirmation sample and continue to take quarterly tests. ACTION NEEDED: Continue quarterly nitrate tests. | ||
