| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrates greater than 50% of MCL DETAILS: I left a voice mail for John advising him that he must begin monitoring for nitrates on a quarterly basis for at least one year and the the system may return to annual monitoring after 4 consecutive smaple are found to be reliably and consistently below the MCL. I requested a call back to confirm that he received my voice mail ACTION NEEDED: Begin quarterly monitoring for nitrates. | ||
