| Details: | SUMMARY: Verify survey deficiencies DETAILS: Firm has one page operation procedure and a one page emergency response plan (ERP) and contact is in place. A coliform sampling plan is in place located in one file. David will send in the signed ERP form also an application for a waiver from septic drain field construction plans will be signed and sent in this week. The waiver request is the plan of action through April 2015 at which time it will be noted if this issue has been closed. ACTION NEEDED: A judgment in favor of allowing the variance of the existing drain field bases on clean coliform tests. | ||
