| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Deficiency F/U DETAILS: I left a detailed message on the water operators voice mailbox concerning the letter I sent out 2 days ago concerning the Significant deficiencies found during the last water survey on 08/27/2013. I did remind him that I notified him by e-mail on 02/18/2014 about a corrective action plan and resolution of the deficiencies. I told him that I would e-mail him the templates again and that I needed him to send back letters of confirmation in regards to the emergency response plan and operations and maintenance manual. ACTION NEEDED: Correct deficiencies | ||
