Details: SUMMARY: Contact Change DETAILS: I sent a letter out to inform the water system that they have not corrected their significant deficiencies on their last water survey. I received an e-mail with the new contact information for the new water operator. I replied with information such as templates to complete the coliform sampling plan, emergency response plan and operation and maintenance manual. ACTION NEEDED: Correct deficiencies.
