| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Deficiency F/U DETAILS: I spoke to Ken about the Survey Deficiency letter I sent out 2 days ago. He remembered me sending him the templates but he asked me to send them again. He will work on the deficiencies this Friday. He said that the Operation and Maintenance manual was completed but he hasnt sent it in. I vaguely remember him talking to me about this in the past. ACTION NEEDED: Correct deficiencies | ||
