| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation mail notice - source sample mislabeled DETAILS: Water operator called me on 2/11/2015. I spoke with James "water operator" about the violation notice sent to him by the OHA drinking water program. He said that the source water sample was taken but it was mislabeled as a routine sample. I suggested he take a source sample ASAP to return to compliance-- James said that the MPA sample was completed in December and I asked if he could fax me a copy for the records. ACTION NEEDED: Source water needs sample taken. | ||
