| Details: | I emailed and spoke to Drew regarding the positive repeat sample. He completed a Level 1 investigation and determined sampling from a swivel faucet is a probable cause. The system received a Level 1 request for not sampling on time. A second was generated for positive the repeat sample. I spoke to technical staff and determined one Level 1 investigation form for both issues would be suffice. Drew was reminded about three routine samples to be taken in March. I sent him the link to their coliform sampling schedule in SDWIS. |
