| Details: | SUMMARY: water main break after maintenance performed - boil notice DETAILS: The Village system was having maintenance done (valve turning) when a water main was damaged. The system repaired the break and chlorinated the system. A boil water notice was issued and 5 distribution coliform samples have been collected. If all clear, the system can take the boil notice down. ACTION NEEDED: send DWS copy of boil notice, take 5 distribution coliform samples, and let DWS know of the results | ||
